The website is provided for general information about Miziba and the TradeAxis programme. You may:

Detailed product information about the TradeAxis programme is provided only to qualified institutional counterparties under signed non-disclosure agreement, and on a case-by-case basis.

All content on the website — including text, graphics, layout, design, code, logos, the "Miziba" name, the "TradeAxis", "TradePoint", "TrackGuard", "TradeVault", "FarmerIQ", "TSCF—D", "TSCF—P" and "TSCF—X" names, and all other product and infrastructure names used by Miziba — is the property of Miziba Infrastructure Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Ghanaian copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights granted under section 03 above, no licence is granted to you by these Terms in respect of any of our intellectual property. You must not use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names or logos in any manner that creates the impression that such items belong to or are associated with you, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or that disparages or discredits Miziba.
